Default Reparatie pompa tandem (ABC si Servo).

M-am gandit sa postez niste fotografii, urmate de un filmuletz pe youtube despre cum se poate repara (in unele cazuri) pompa tandem. Iata cum arata desfacuta:
Am schimbat oring-urile care se observa, simeringul de la axul central, insa, am reperat o problema la pistonasul din foto 2. Acele capacele care reprezinta practic niste ghiduri ale arcurilor de revenire a pistoanelor se pot vede in foto 1.
Acel capacel s-a deteriorat deoarece, cineva a umblat in pompa si nu l-a strans cum trebuia. A fost indepartat (era spart) si cu ajutorul unui strungar priceput, se face aceeasi piesa, bineanteles tratata corespunzator. De retinut este ca toate aceste capace se etanseaza pe scaun cu o rasina. Se strang puternic.

In dreapta pompei (unde este a-ul galben) aveti capacul (spart) cu ghidul aferent arcului. Fiecare capacel se desface, se verifica pistonasul, arcul, se remonteaza, se etanseaza pe scaun. Voi reveni cu poze.

Operatiunea a reusit. Am montat-o pe masina. Totul merge perfect. Revin maine cu poze si detalii.

Multumesc! Am postat aceste imagini ce contin pasii pe care i-am parcurs pentru a repara aceasta pompa, deoarece foarte multi posesori de Cl, Sl ce au sistemul ABC, au aceasta problema. Ce am observat este ca pompa din start este facuta pentru un numar de km. Spun asta deoarece etansarea la nivelul capacelor pistonaselor nu este facuta atat de bine si, mai devreme sau mai tarziu pompa va curge.
Totodata, am pus aceste poze pentru a arata colegilor de forum ca "daca vrei, se poate". Toata lumea mi-a spus ca nu se repara, dar, uite ca se repara. Simeringurile nu sunt dedicate (unice) si le puteti procura de aici:

In prezent, masina functioneaza excelent! Un an bun sa aveti!
