Informatii si clarificari privind datele personale

Datele cu caracter personal pe care siteul Clubmercedes.ro le colecteaza pe Forum sunt descrise mai jos, impreuna cu scopul, modul si temeiul prelucrarii lor precum si durata pe care are loc stocarea si/sau prelucrarea. Aceste date nu sunt prelucrate in alte moduri decat cele mentionate, nu sunt folosite in scopuri de marketing, nu sunt comercializate si nu sunt transferate unor terti.

I. "Date necesare" - colectate la inregistrarea unui cont de membru:
Adresa de email, necesara pentru:
validarea contului
resetarea parolei, in cazul in care a fost uitata
transmitere notificari privind anumite evenimente intamplate pe Forum (optional, opt-in) - ex: reply intr-un topic urmarit, reply la un mesaj personal (PM)
comunicari ocazionale in scop informativ (non-marketing, non-comercial) din partea administratiei Forumului (optional, opt-in)
NU este afisata public pe Forum, iar ceilalti membri nu au acces la ea, nici macar cei din echipa de moderare (moderatori, supermoderatori)
Username, necesar pentru autentificare (login)
Este afisat public pe Forum, in dreptul postarilor/mesajelor scrise de membrul respectiv, pentru a putea facilita o discutie cursiva
Parola, necesara pentru autentificare (login)
NU este afisata nicaieri
NU este stocata intr-o forma citibila (plain text), ci numai in forma criptata
Motiv: fara aceste date nu este posibila crearea unui cont de membru, iar fara cont nu se poate participa la discutii.
Temei: interesul legitim.
Durata: pe toata durata existentei contului de membru

II. "Date optionale" - pe care membrii Forumului Clubmercedes au posibilitatea sa le introduca in contul propriu daca doresc:
Location - eliminat de tot, pentru ca in ciuda explicatiilor au aparut confuzii privind semnificatia si rolul acestui camp
Data nasterii
Hobby-uri (interests)
Model/marca si motorizarea masinii

Temei: consimtamantul (consent).
Durata: atat cat doreste persoana, datele pot fi introduse/modificate/sterse in orice moment direct din cont

Introducerea acestor date este pur optionala, iar accesul integral la toate serviciile oferite de Forumul Clubmercedes nu este conditionat in niciun fel de introducerea acestor date. Aceste date sunt prelucrate exclusiv pentru afisarea lor in pagina personala a contului (profil public - exemplu) care poate fi accesata de oricare alt membru inregistrat pe Forumul Clubmercedes(dar nu si de vizitatorii neautentificati-guest sau de crawlerii web precum Googlebot). Deasemenea, denumirile campurilor in care pot fi introduse aceste informatii sunt orientative, membrii nu au vreo obligatie sa le completeze cu acuratete.

Recomandam sa completati informatiile optionale numai daca doriti ca ceilalti membri ai Forumului sa le cunoasca. Pentru a ne asigura de acest fapt, toate datele optionale introduse pana la 18.05.2018 au fost sterse. Ele pot fi reintroduse daca membrii doresc acest lucru, luand in considerare cele mentionate mai sus.

III. "Date colectate automat" - pentru fiecare accesare a Forumului, indiferent daca e vorba de un vizitator autentificat (membru) sau neautentificat (guest):
Adresa IP
User-Agent: sir de caractere prin care aplicatia de web browsing se "recomanda" catre server (ex: Chrome)
HTTP Referer: pagina vizitata anterior celei curente
Aceste date NU sunt afisate in mod public pe Forum, membrii nu au acces la ele, nici macar cei din echipa de moderare (moderatori, supermoderatori).

Motiv: aceste date sunt colectate si procesate pentru indeplinirea unor obligatii legale (ex: cooperarea in investigatii ale autoritatilor, conform legii) sau pentru implementarea unor strategii de aparare impotriva unor atacuri informatice (ex: hacking, (D)DOS, crawling neautorizat)
Temei: obligatia legala, interesul legitim
Durata: 30 de zile in jurnalele de acces ale serverelor care gazduiesc Forumul Clubmercedes(webserver logs). Adresele IP sunt stocate si in baza de date a Forumului, pentru fiecare mesaj scris (permanent) si pentru sesiunile de autentificare (pana la expirarea lor sau invalidare prin log out).

    de duminica am in ograda un frumos 4matic ce a fost adus de un prieten din jermanica. masina are toate obtiunile posibile la w124 si o sa fie masina mea de suflet pt o perioada de timp.

    i-am montat o instalatie de gpl cu o butelie de 90litri,4 cauciucuri noi si toate consumabilele schimbate.masina are 112.000km la ora actuala ,carte service cu tot istoricul masinii,carte service separata cu toate controalele la catalizator cu data si km

    pana acum toata cheltuiala a ajuns la 7000e la care se vor mai adauga cheltuielile pt inmatricularea in bulgaria.

    p.s.am avut o gramada de w124,doar ca 4matic nu am avut niciodata.pot opri tractiunea integrala la drum lung?pt ca dupa 120km/h consumul creste foarte alarmant!!!

    Nu stiu nici eu ...dar nu cred ca poti face treaba asta ca este tractiune 4x4 permanenta.

        Am dat si eu ceva telefoane sa intreb, ca habar nu am, si mi sa spus ca eventual poate prin soft, altfel nu. Cica impreuna cu 4matic-ul lucreaza mai multe sisteme, diferentiale, cutie viteze, ABS, ASR, ASD, Tempomatul, etc., iar daca ar fi fost posibila scoaterea 4matic-ului fara a afecta masina, ar fi avut montat pe bord un comutator de catre constructor.

        Ma plimb dimineata ca sa fiu liber dupa amiaza si sunt de acord cu orice afacere care nu degenereaza in munca.

          are in zona bateriei un comutator cu test 4matic.are si in carte niste instructiuni ,dar ma uit ca vitelul la masina noua ca nu inteleg o boaba frantuzeste.

          un lucru pot spune pana acum. 4matic nu e masina de autostrada

            am gasit asta pe wikipedia in legatura cu 4Matic, poate gasiti ceva ce va intereseaza

            4Matic is the name of a four-wheel drive system developed and used by Mercedes-Benz. It is good for driving through slippery terrain.

            Almost all their vehicles featuring this system also have an automatic transmission in standard equipment (except 260 and 300 gasoline and aspirated 300 D were standard with manual transmission) and that's where its name is derived from (4-wheel drive and automatic). The first design of 4Matic (or 4Matic) system was introduced in 1986 on the W124 series (E Class) saloons (four door) and estate (station wagon) cars. It was available with the 2.6 L and 3.0 L 6 cylinder petrol (gasoline) and diesel engines.

            A complex electronically controlled system with automatically engaging four-wheel drive (4WD), the system employs locking central and rear differentials to provide additional traction in slippery conditions. The centre differential, also known as the transfer case, contains two clutches. Each hydraulically enabled clutch is controlled separately to allow for four modes of operation; 2WD (mode 0) where 100% of available torque is available to the rear axle, while the front axle is disconnected and three 4WD modes which allowed for 35% front/65% rear axle torque split (mode 1) or 50% front axle/50% rear axle torque split (mode 2). The rear differential, previously known as ASD on Mercedes-Benz models, can also be locked if rear wheel slip is still present while in the 50/50 4WD mode (mode 3). The 4Matic system uses inputs from the three channel ABS system and a steering wheel angle sensor to decide when to intervene. 4WD is disengaged automatically if the ABS brakes were applied. Two W124 variants of the 4Matic system were produced, the first system (1986-1991) used a mechanical pressure test lever to disable the system hydraulically while the second system variant (1992/1993) used an electrical test switch to break power to the system. The latter system variant when in test mode allows for continued operation of the rear shock self-levelling-system (SLS) when installed. Plagued with reliability problems at first, the multiplate clutch central differential were prone to failure -- Ritter, S: Mercedes-Benz E class Owners Bible Problems Section page 314 Bentley Publishers 2007 ; it was withdrawn in 1993.

            The four wheel drive system was developed in conjunction with Steyr-Daimler-Puch, who manufactured the Mercedes-Benz G-Class in Austria. The second generation of 4Matic was re-introduced on the W210 series in 1998/1999. Available only in left hand drive the cars were again manufactured at the Magna-Steyr plant in Austria. The second generation of 4Matic used a full time 4 wheel drive system with three open differentials front, centre and rear. Traction control is achieved using ETS (Electronic Traction System). This employs the ABS system with additional valves to monitor and then partially brake any wheel which loses traction. This much simpler system is also used in the Mercedes-Benz M-Class SUV.

            The 4Matic system is currently available on the E-Class, C-Class, R-Class, S-Class, Viano and the entire Mercedes-Benz SUV range.

              Automatically Engaging Four-whell Drive (4MATIC)

              When the key is in steering lock position 2 the yellow operation indicator lamp in the speedometer and the yellow 4MATIC indicator lamp come on and must go on when the engine is running.

              The operation indicator lamp comes on while driving when the front whel drive or the front wheel drive and the diferential lock(s) are engaged.

              Front wheel drive and differential locks engage automatically as soon as one or more wheels start slipping (difference between speeads of front and rear wheels) because of road conditions or driving style.

              When the operation indicator lamp comes on the driver is informed that the tires have reached their adhesion limit.

              The driving style must always be adapted to to the road conditions, even if the vehicle is equipped with 4MATIC.


              Notes :

              If the 4MATIC indicator lamp comes on (possibly at the same time as the operation indicator lamp) while the engine is running, this indicates a fault. In this case, turn service switch on the right-hand side of the engine compartiment to the stop in position 2. The vehicle will then be driven by the rear axle only.

              On vehicles equipped with level control this system is deactivated if the service switch is in position 2.

              A fawlty 4MATIC system should be checked at a MERCEDES-BENZ service as soon as possible.

              Before the vehicle is driven on chassis dynamometers the service switch must be turned to position 2. The 4MATIC indicator lamp comes on and only goes out again when the service switch is turned to position 1. A maximum testing time of 15 minutes on the dynamometer must not be exceeded.

              If the service switch is in position 2, the level control is deactivated.

              When towing the vehicle, comply with instruction on page 93.

              Vehicles Equipped with 4MATIC

              If the veficle is towed with the front or rear axle raised, do not exceed a speed of 50 km/h or a distance of 50 km. Move service switch to position 2.

              If the vehicle is to be towed over a long distance with the front axle raised, unflange the propeller shaft at the rear axle, if the rear axle is raised, unflange the propller shaft at the front axle.

              Felicitari de achizitie, ca n-am apucat s-o zic.
              De ce zici ca nu este masina de autostrada ?, eu in 1988 am condus un W124_300TE_4MATIC, si pot sa sa-ti spun ca alergam usor cu ea 200-220 km/h.

                pe autostrada dupa 120 incepe sa sa-i creasca brusc consumul.am mers pe autostrada soarelui o perioada cu 170-180 si cand am vazut cum scade acul litrometului pe moment am crezut ca ma aflu la volanul unui G-clase cu motor V8.sa vedem cum o sa se comporte masina la iarna....

                raman la concluzia ca pt drum lung tot e320 ramane solutia ideala.

                mersi pt urari....deja au inceput problemele aici.bulgarii au o lege ce cam limiteaza masinile peste 120Kw.dupa aceasta cifra se plateste o acciza imensa.pt 132kw cat are aceasta masina trebuiesc platite in jur de 2500E.

                sa vedem cum o sa o rezolvam....

                  4 matic de pe w124 e foarte complex si sensibil,pe w210 se puse mult simplificat(vezi pe wikipedia).Io sunt in negocieri ptr w210 motor cu cilindrii in v(nu in linie)full,pe gustul meu....w124 e super gurmand cu 4 matic...

                    Ca sa nu citesti prin km intregi de documentatie, iti zic eu intr-o fraza ca masina merge in mod normal 2x4 si daca simte ca nu are tractiune transfera ceva gen 40% si la rotile din fata. Deci nu este 4x 4 permanent, ori s-a blocat ceva si a ramas asa ori consumul mare se trage de la altceva.

                      acum am pbservat ca trage numai spatele si in caz de necesitate trage si fata.consumul mare e pe autostrada la viteze mari.E320 era mult mai rapid si consuma in jur de 11-12 pe autostrada la viteze maricele.asta trece de 14 in acelasi stil.dar in curbe si carosabil alunecos se simte cum intervine 4matic.indiferent de pozitia pedalei de acceleratie,masina nu derapeaza deloc si pastreaza traiectoria impusa.nu are aceasi manevrabilitate precum un w124 normal datorita razei mai mari de bracare.

                        eu am vazut la mai multe bmw-uri care erau 4x4 ca le scoteau planetarele de pe fata din cauza consumului. acu sa nu-mi sariti in cap ca la 124 nu stiu daca se poate sau nu, dar la ursulet sigur se poate
