Default Restaurare w201 190D din 1986

Aici este masina care am cumparat-o anul trecut ,prima data am cumparat un set nou de stopuri /triple? spate pentru ca cele vechi nu se vedeau foarte bine becurile cand era soare puternic afara .

masina arata destul de bine in modul general , dar am observat si niste defecte :

defectele sunt vizibile , stiu ca multi ar spune ca sunt acceptabile si se poate umbla cu masina ...insa mie nu imi place !

Default dupa discutii cu mine insami ...

dupa multe discutii cu mine ...adica eu cu mine am luat decizia de a face ceva cu masina ca sa nu imi fie rusine sa umblu cu ea , asa ca am inceput sa o desfac , sa o spal cu pompa ...sa o curat .

ziua 1 , incepe demontarea :

ziua 4 , incepe curatarea locurilor si schimbarea table ruginite . am cumparat 2 praguri noi de la piese auto ....

daca tot e motorul scos ... ma uit la bujiile incandescente si la ce mai e pe acolo. dau jos admisia schimb bujiile , vad ca se scurge ceva ulei pe la garnitura cartus filtru ulei, asa ca iau o garnitura noua si o schimb pe cea veche, sa speram ca nu o sa mai curga.

ziua 5 curat bine sudurile facute cu o zi inainte si apoi dau totul cu un strat de grund alb , observ ca sub pompa de frana este vopseaua umflata si dedesupt rugina cat cuprinde, asa ca ma pun pe sablat , fac metalul curat , indepartez masticul care nu vrea sa vina jos, dupa care mai sablez odata locul si apoi il degresez si dau cu grund

ajung la praguri ...cele noi cumparate din magazinul de piese auto . cu stupoare observ fara sa vreau ca aceste praguri NOI , facute de un "producator" ca sa folosesc termenul vanzatorilor auto , si sa nu ii spun pe nume ....adica falsificator de piese . pragurile noi sunt din o tabla de 2-3 ori mai subtire decat cele originale , si binenteles ca forma lor se potriveste aproxmativ ...destul de bine dar nu perfect . asa ca iau o decizie de a schimba doar elemente din prag , nu cred ca avea rost sa pun aceste praguri care le consider niste glume proaste si sa renunt la cele originale . aici e ce a iesit , praguri hibrid

ziua 6 : vad ruginile de la usile fata si aripile fata asa ca iau decizia de a le schimba complet cu unele care nu au rugina , dar de alta culoare . consider ca e mai bine un element fara sudura pe el dar revopsit decat unul cu sudura dar culoare originala .
dau jos usile , si mai spal odata masina peste tot , inclusiv interior . la temperatura de afara se usuca foarte repede .

ziua 7 : ma ocup de petele mici de rugina din interior , partea spate . evit pe cat posibil sablatul , dar il folosesc daca este nevoie , apoi dau cu un strat de grund :

ziua 9 ajung la portbagaj unde observ ceva rugina , ma pun sa curat sablez , si vad ca deja sunt prea mari gaurile. asa ca ma hotarasc sa decupez panourile respective de pe o alta masina , unde nu sunt ruginite si sa le inlocuiesc

ziua 10 ma apuc si matuiesc , adica dau cu smirghiel ( hartie abraziva ) de 400 , pe interioarele si lateralele de la usile de culoare albastra si pe interiorul si lateralele de la capota , a venit si un prieten asa ca am luat la mana piesele cu smirghiel de 600 ca sa fie treaba ok . vorbesc cu vopsitorul care zice ca sa le vopsesc eu ciobaneste acolo la mine , ca atunci cand o sa vina masina la el la vopsit , oricum matuieste totul s ii mai trage un start ca sa fie totul uniform ...

ziua 11 fac ce zice vopsitorul ) adica ...il chem pe un ucenic de a lui sa sufle vopseaua ca eu sunt mult pe langa la vopsit ))

sper sa gasesc pe undeva si o presa de arcuri ...sa schimb fuzete ...inainte de a ajunge masina la vopsitorie nu prea imi permit sa cumpar una care sa o folosesc odata in viata

dog : montez aer conditionat , ABS , 5 viteze , geamuri electrice . probabil si trapa electrica daca nu e foarte mult de demontat / montat .

vad ca threadul nu prea este de interes dupa putinele raspunsuri primite, insa am sa continui sa pun poze cu proiectul deja inceput .


ar fi a 13-a zi de lucru , zi in care a si plouat de la pranz incoace, noroc ca dimineata e destul de lunga si am reusit sa fug un pic si pe la masina .
Am inceput prin zchizitia a 2 cutii de mastic pensulabil si a unei pensule pentru mastic .

apoi am dat toate sudurile cu mastic , dupa care am mai retusat pe unde era nevoie . masticarea sudurilor din praguri :

continuarea zilei a 13-a ........mai fac un post pt ca dupa cum sitit cineva a pus o limita de 10 poze in fiecare post .....

si daca tot stateam degeaba am zis ca poate nu ar fi rau sa merg sa cumpar niste vopsea sa revopsesc compartimentul motor . odata cumparata vopseaua m-am pus pe impachetat chestiile care nu le vreau vopsite in alb )

acestea fiind facute m-am dus sa iau pistolul de vopsit .......dar in decursul a 5 minute cerul a devenit gri inchis si mi-era clar ca vine ceva super ploaie cat de curand asa ca am abandonat totul si am mers sa fac alte chestii care aduc bani in casa , nu consuma )))

Salut, muncesc de 5 ani la masina . Inca nu se vede nimic , dar am cumparat pana acum 4 masini si nenumarate piese , stiu ca nu este un model ,in care se merita investit( Dragoste mai veche) , nu am postat inca pe forum ,dar o sa postez si eu in curand. Zi buna

ziua a 14-a :

Nici azi n-am avut prea mult timp la dispozitie insa suficient incat de dimineata sa suflu vopsea in compartimentul motor pe unde am facut reparatiile si am dat cu mastic ca sa nu mai fie atatea culori pe acolo

apoi daca tot eram acolo , am scos cutia de viteze de pe masina donatoare ...cutia cu 5+1 viteze si am pus-o in fata motorului ca sa vad cum arata ...chiar daca aspectul nu are nici o importanta

stau pe ganduri daca sa schimb discul ambreiaj , placa de presiune si rulmentul ..............
