Informatii si clarificari privind datele personale

Datele cu caracter personal pe care siteul Clubmercedes.ro le colecteaza pe Forum sunt descrise mai jos, impreuna cu scopul, modul si temeiul prelucrarii lor precum si durata pe care are loc stocarea si/sau prelucrarea. Aceste date nu sunt prelucrate in alte moduri decat cele mentionate, nu sunt folosite in scopuri de marketing, nu sunt comercializate si nu sunt transferate unor terti.

I. "Date necesare" - colectate la inregistrarea unui cont de membru:
Adresa de email, necesara pentru:
validarea contului
resetarea parolei, in cazul in care a fost uitata
transmitere notificari privind anumite evenimente intamplate pe Forum (optional, opt-in) - ex: reply intr-un topic urmarit, reply la un mesaj personal (PM)
comunicari ocazionale in scop informativ (non-marketing, non-comercial) din partea administratiei Forumului (optional, opt-in)
NU este afisata public pe Forum, iar ceilalti membri nu au acces la ea, nici macar cei din echipa de moderare (moderatori, supermoderatori)
Username, necesar pentru autentificare (login)
Este afisat public pe Forum, in dreptul postarilor/mesajelor scrise de membrul respectiv, pentru a putea facilita o discutie cursiva
Parola, necesara pentru autentificare (login)
NU este afisata nicaieri
NU este stocata intr-o forma citibila (plain text), ci numai in forma criptata
Motiv: fara aceste date nu este posibila crearea unui cont de membru, iar fara cont nu se poate participa la discutii.
Temei: interesul legitim.
Durata: pe toata durata existentei contului de membru

II. "Date optionale" - pe care membrii Forumului Clubmercedes au posibilitatea sa le introduca in contul propriu daca doresc:
Location - eliminat de tot, pentru ca in ciuda explicatiilor au aparut confuzii privind semnificatia si rolul acestui camp
Data nasterii
Hobby-uri (interests)
Model/marca si motorizarea masinii

Temei: consimtamantul (consent).
Durata: atat cat doreste persoana, datele pot fi introduse/modificate/sterse in orice moment direct din cont

Introducerea acestor date este pur optionala, iar accesul integral la toate serviciile oferite de Forumul Clubmercedes nu este conditionat in niciun fel de introducerea acestor date. Aceste date sunt prelucrate exclusiv pentru afisarea lor in pagina personala a contului (profil public - exemplu) care poate fi accesata de oricare alt membru inregistrat pe Forumul Clubmercedes(dar nu si de vizitatorii neautentificati-guest sau de crawlerii web precum Googlebot). Deasemenea, denumirile campurilor in care pot fi introduse aceste informatii sunt orientative, membrii nu au vreo obligatie sa le completeze cu acuratete.

Recomandam sa completati informatiile optionale numai daca doriti ca ceilalti membri ai Forumului sa le cunoasca. Pentru a ne asigura de acest fapt, toate datele optionale introduse pana la 18.05.2018 au fost sterse. Ele pot fi reintroduse daca membrii doresc acest lucru, luand in considerare cele mentionate mai sus.

III. "Date colectate automat" - pentru fiecare accesare a Forumului, indiferent daca e vorba de un vizitator autentificat (membru) sau neautentificat (guest):
Adresa IP
User-Agent: sir de caractere prin care aplicatia de web browsing se "recomanda" catre server (ex: Chrome)
HTTP Referer: pagina vizitata anterior celei curente
Aceste date NU sunt afisate in mod public pe Forum, membrii nu au acces la ele, nici macar cei din echipa de moderare (moderatori, supermoderatori).

Motiv: aceste date sunt colectate si procesate pentru indeplinirea unor obligatii legale (ex: cooperarea in investigatii ale autoritatilor, conform legii) sau pentru implementarea unor strategii de aparare impotriva unor atacuri informatice (ex: hacking, (D)DOS, crawling neautorizat)
Temei: obligatia legala, interesul legitim
Durata: 30 de zile in jurnalele de acces ale serverelor care gazduiesc Forumul Clubmercedes(webserver logs). Adresele IP sunt stocate si in baza de date a Forumului, pentru fiecare mesaj scris (permanent) si pentru sesiunile de autentificare (pana la expirarea lor sau invalidare prin log out).

  • Are cineva interpretarea codurilor la AC w140 ?

    Mai am o problema la supermasina indestructibila.Nu imi mai merge clima si merg ventilatoarele pe viteza mare incontinu.Cum pun contactul in 2-3 secunde imi pornesc ventilatoarele si nu se mai opresc deloc. Daca pornesc motorul si dau drumul la clima compresorul nu o ia si pe ecranul din dreapata nu imi mai arata temperatura selectata si arata doar HI si LO.
    Daca intru in test (apesi 5 sec butonul [rest] cu clima pornita) imi porneste si compresorul, pot sa ajustez si temperatura, baga si frig, pornesc si ventilatoarele pe viteza mica, funtioneaza totul perfect fara sa imi arate pe ecrane temperaturile selectate de mine dar imi arata codurile de eroare. Ca sa treci de la un cod la altul tre sa apesi pe butonul [AUTO]. Daca ies din test(apesi iar [rest]) se opreste compresorul si iar pleaca ventilatoarele de nebune.

            Nu e aia, sonda aia e noua, cumparata de la Mercedes iar mie imi lumineaza becul de la [EC] cand il apas.

              Yeh there is a self diagnostics sequence that you can do ignition on , turn the wheels to white, press both auto buttons for 20+secs then press REST for 10 secs, NO1 appears left window in car temp rh window

              Description and Operation
              The automatic air conditioner (A/C) in the W140 models can be diagnosed by performing the following steps. There are two (2) basic tests; the first reads the actual sensor values; the second, readout of the DTCs.

              The display windows (arrows) show in sequence the actual temperature sensor readings, refrigerant pressure, blower control voltage, software status and control module version.

              Reading Sensor Values
              The following preparation are required for test:
              Air Conditioner control setup - Set the TEMPERATURE selector wheels into the WHITE [white] area.
              - Turn Ignition to ON or preferably, start car and let it idle
              - Press left and right [AUTO] buttons
              - Within 20 seconds, then press [REST] button until the display changes (about 9 secs)
              - Number '1' appears in the left window; the in-car temperature in the right - OR -
              HI if there is a short circuit, LO is there is an open circuit.
              - By pressing the left [AUTO] button, the next value is displayed in the right window per the table below.
              - Press the right [AUTO] button, to go back to the previous value displayed.
              - Press [REST] button to end the test program.

              Reading DTCs from Auto A/C System
              The following preparation are required for test:
              - Set the LEFT TEMPERATURE selector wheel into the RED [red] area.
              - Set the RIGHT TEMPERATURE selector wheel into the BLUE [blue] area.
              - Turn Ignition to ON.
              - Press left [AUTO] button.
              - Within 10 seconds, simultaneously press [REST] and [O] buttons until the displays shows permanent stored DTCs in memory per the table below. Press the RIGHT [AUTO] button until all stored DTCs are displayed. Record each as they are displayed.
              - Each fault has a specific DTC. The letter 'E' (error) along with the hundredth digit of the display code will show in the window. The tenth and single digit of the code displays in the right window. By pressing the right [AUTO], the next DTC stored in memory will be displayed.
              - Turn the ignition OFF and repair recorded DTCs according to the respective diagnostic chart.

              - To delete stored DTCs, repeat the first five (5) steps, then press the LEFT [AUTO] for the letter 'D' (delete) to appear in the window. By pressing the right [AUTO] the display code will be deleted from memory. Continue to press the left and right [AUTO] buttons until all codes are deleted from memory. The display will show 'E0 00'.
              - Return the temperature selector to normal setting.

                  Instrument Cluster Tests

                  --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

                  IF you need to run Instrument cluster function test. To do it start engine, then press small button in the center of clock adjusting knob (not the knob itself) for more then 5 seconds. You'll need something like a sharp pencil to do it.
                  The first test will appear on the outside temperature display. It will read something like 35.1, were 35 is gas in the tank in liters and 1 is the number of the test. To advance to the next step pull the clock knob and turn it clockwise.
                  There are 9 steps:
                  1. Gas in the tank in liters
                  2. Momentary fuel consumption 34.2 is 3.4 liters per hour 2 is step number
                  3. Engine oil pressure in bar 20.3 means 2.0 bar step 3
                  4. Engine rpm x 1000
                  5. Engine oil level 0.5 is OK, 1.5 not OK
                  6. Activation of the oil pressure, fuel consumption, and fuel tank gauges - needles in the first quarteer of the dial. Indicator 0.6 for step 6
                  7. Activation of the oil pressure, fuel consumption, and fuel tank gauges - needles in the second quarteer of the dial. Indicator 0.7 for step 7
                  8. Activation of the fuel consumption, and fuel tank gauges - needles in the third quarteer of the dial. Oil pressure gauge stays in the second quarter. Indicator 0.8 for step 8
                  9. Activation of the fuel tank gauge, needle in the fourth quarter of the dial, oil pressure remains in the second qurter, fuel consumption remains in the third quarter. Indicator 0.9 for step 9
                  Done
                  You need to verify oil pressure reading in step 3 and gauge in steps 6...9

                      Nu a umblat nimeni la instalatia de climatizare (tevile cu freon).

                      Din diagnoza asa arata dar nu am nici un scurt pt ca instalatia e noua de la Mercedes si am masurat si am 12v pe cablu, am gasit si ce valori trebui sa-mi arate sonda la diferite temperaturi si e ok, am scos mufa din senzor si am facut iar testul unde trebuia sa imi arate circuit deschis si nu imi arata decat tot scurt pe instalatie. Daca fac scurt intre firele de la sonda imi arde siguranta 2 de la primul calculator(singurul cu sigurante pe el) si nici nu imi mai porneste motorul.
                      Sigur am o problema la climatronic (prin ''ochii'' careia citeste toate rezultatele la diagnoza) si sunt sigur ca ''vede'' prost datorita unei defectiuni.
                      Nu am de unde sa fac rost de un climatronic de pe o masina care sigur mergea si sa aiba si acelasi cod cu asta-l meu sau sa fie de pe 600.
                      Am aflat ca toate climatronicele, modelul asta, au aceasi serie si doar difera penultimul grup de numere. EX- 140 830 xx 85 Au plecat de la 06 si am vazut si cu 40 si ceva. Deci sunt multe modele. Am trimis un mail in germania la fabrica producatoare si astept sa vad daca se deranjeaza sa imi raspunda.

                        In sfarsit la ora 5 dimineata am avut o revelatie (indusa de cineva) si am gasit problema.
                        Nu pusesem mufele bine la senzorul B10/8 cu senzorul de la axa cu came.Au aceasi mufa dar difera imbracamintea cablului si bineinteles culoarea.Cele de la axa cu came au ''esofag'' pe fire iar pe termocupla varnesh normal.
                        Bagasem mufa de la B10/8 (termocupla) la senzorul [bobina(daia imi arata scurt pe instalatie)] de la axa cu came si cea de la axa cu came la termocupla.

                          Felicitari!
                          Ai muncit si ai studiat mult si sunt convins ca vei patrona de acum inainte sectiunea de probleme tehnice pt W140.
                          Modele astea, din punct de vedere software, sunt foarte prietenoase avand in vedere ca se pot diagnostica fara tester.
                          Ultimele cifre din seria modulului de comanda AC reprezinta codarea software, care se poate modifica functie de echiparea masinii.

                              Spune mai exact cum se manifesta.
                              Revizii si reparatii instalatii climatizare auto si casnice.
                              Reparatii frigidere, congelatoare, lazi si vitrine frigorifine.
